You pay one fixed fee to build your website, with no launch fee. Then one monthly plan covers hosting, support and small changes, with no minimum term. Already have a site? A one-time import fee instead of the build, then the same plan. Custom software is priced on quote.

A website: a booking page or small site, working in 24H on a link you can test. Custom software, like a web app or an internal tool, is quoted: we agree the price and the time in a written scope before we start, so you know exactly what you'll get, and when.
What happens after the first version?

I already have a website. Can you look after it?

Can you fix an app I started in Lovable, Bolt, Base44 or Replit?
Yes, that's our Rescue and run service. We fix what's broken, make it secure, move it to proper hosting and keep it running. It's priced on quote: tell us where you got stuck in the form.
How is Modulr different from Webflow, Framer or an AI app builder?
Those are tools you use yourself; we build it, launch it and keep it running for you. We also set up and connect your booking, and test that it works.
Will my site show up on Google and in AI answers?
We build every site so search engines and AI tools like ChatGPT can read it, understand it and show it. Ranking takes time, and no one can honestly promise a top spot.
